    the room was a nice size and spotless with very comfortable bed. central heating, an iron, and coffee and tea making facilities were a nice touch. the location couldn't be more comfortable and magnificent to report everything was great.

    Delicious croissants provided for breakfast.

    I experienced terrible noise from the party downstairs that went on until past midnight, ruining any chance of a good night's sleep. It was annoying to find out about the live music event only a day before check-in, which left us no time to change our plans. The parking situation was chaotic and unavailable , as it seemed to be entirely filled with restaurant patrons.
